1. What is the Wellness Suite?

Wellness Suite is an online group yoga program conducted Monday to Friday. It is designed by Ajeet Yadav to improve overall health, flexibility, stamina, and mental and over all well-being through expert-led yoga, mindfulness and other practices.

5. Who can join this program?

This program is ideal for anyone looking to, improve their overall health and wellness, fitness, toning and sculpting their body, and develop a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Whether you're a beginner or experienced in yoga, this program is designed to challenge you at your level while offering personalized guidance.

2. How does the online group yoga session work?

All sessions are conducted live via platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. Ajeet Yadav will guide you through each yoga practice in real-time, with demonstrations by Neelam Yadav as they practice together, and Kunjvihari monitoring to ensure personalized attention and helping you maintain correct posture and alignment. You can ask questions and receive feedback during the session to improve your practice.

6. What is the time and duration of the program?

Online sessions run Monday to Friday with evening batches at 6:00–7:00PM and 8:00–9 :00PM. Enroll in any one batch that suits you. Morning batch timings will be shared soon. If you have a specific timing preference, let us know—we may start a new batch for it if possible. Each session lasts 50-60 minutes.

3. Can I join if I have never practiced yoga before?

Absolutely! This program is designed to be beginner-friendly. Modifications and guidance will be provided to ensure everyone can participate safely and effectively.

7. Do I need any special equipment to participate?

You will need a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a quiet space to practice. Optional props like blocks or straps can be used for modifications.

8. Is this program suitable if I have health conditions or injuries?

It is recommended to consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program. Please inform Ajeet Yadav about any health conditions or injuries beforehand so he can offer appropriate guidance.
