Updated Payment Policies - Effective June 1, 2024

Dear Clients,

As we strive to grow and enhance our services, certain changes are essential to ensure the long-term sustainability of our organization and to foster a vibrant community. Drawing from our on-ground experiences, we are implementing new payment policies effective from June 1, 2024. We seek your support and understanding regarding these updates. The changes are as follows:

1. Advance Payments Required: All payments must be made in advance. This helps us secure resources and plan effectively for your sessions.

2. Validity of Payments: Payments will be valid for the duration you have paid for. For instance, if you purchase a Monthly plan for June, your payment will be valid only for that month. Please ensure timely attendance to your classes.

3. Renewal Window: All clients must renew their plans between the 1st and 5th of the month. Failure to renew within this period may result in your time slot being assigned to a new client in the queue. Once a slot is reassigned, it will be nearly impossible to get it back. Alternative time slots can be provided only if available.

4. Plan Price Increments: There will be an increase in our plan prices. However, to honor our existing clients, their plan prices will remain lower than the new rates after the increase. Existing clients will receive notifications detailing their increased plan prices.

5. Long-term Plans and Discounts: You can choose from 3-Month, 6-Month, or Yearly plans instead of a Monthly plan to avail of discounts.

6. Fixed Pricing: Our plan prices are non-negotiable. Fixed prices help us maintain integrity and ensure sustainability for all. Updated prices will be available on our website www.ajeetyoga.com.

7. Online Payment: All payments should be made through our website www.ajeetyoga.com for seamless processing and record-keeping.

8. Non-refundable Payments: Advance payments are non-refundable due to the following reasons:

· We are a small organization where I handle everything myself, for 1-1 home or online classes, once you book a specific time slot, it is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be reassigned to another person, even if they pay a higher price.

· For online group classes, we maintain a limited number of participants to ensure the quality of the sessions. Once a slot is booked and the group limit is reached, no additional payments are accepted for that slot.

· Your payments are immediately utilized to design and customize your yoga classes, requiring significant time and effort. A dedicated teacher is assigned to create a personalized experience for you.

9. Professionalism and Discipline: These changes are crucial for maintaining professionalism and discipline within our community. They ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality services and support sustainable growth.
