Our online yoga class is suitable for beginners and intermediate students aged 25-60.

3. What type of yoga will be taught in this class?

Our online yoga class focuses on Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga, which combines physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

4. What is the duration of the class?

Each class is 45 minutes long, including a 5-minute introduction, 30 minutes of asanas and pranayama, and 10 minutes of meditation and final relaxation.

5. Will I need any equipment or props for the class?

No, you won't need any equipment or props for the class. However, having a yoga mat and a quiet space to practice is recommended.
