2. Who can join this program?

This program is ideal for professionals seeking to improve their health, manage stress, and recover from physical or mental exhaustion. It’s suitable for all levels, from beginners to those experienced in yoga.

3. How does the online group yoga session work?

All sessions are conducted live via platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. Ajeet Yadav will guide you through each yoga practice in real-time, with demonstrations by Neelam Yadav as they practice together, and Kunjvihari monitoring to ensure personalized attention and helping you maintain correct posture and alignment. You can ask questions and receive feedback during the session to improve your practice.

4. What is the time and duration of the program?

Weekend online sessions are available in two batches: 9:00–10:00 AM or 5:00–6:00 PM. Participants can choose one batch. Weekday timings will be announced soon. Each session lasts 50–60 minutes.

5. What does each session of the Recharge/Refresh Suits program include?

Each session focuses on improving physical health and mental well-being through guided yoga practices that enhance flexibility, stamina, and overall fitness. You'll also practice breathwork to manage stress, relaxation techniques for better sleep, and mindfulness exercises to boost focus and emotional balance. Additionally, sessions include discussions on healthy eating habits, lifestyle managment, and stress management strategies to support a balanced and healthier life.

6. What level of yoga is this program suitable for?

Recharge Suits program is designed for all levels, including beginners. Ajeet Yadav will provide modifications and progressions to suit each participant's fitness and flexibility levels.

7. Is this program suitable if I have health conditions or injuries?

Please inform Ajeet Yadav about any health conditions or injuries beforehand so he can offer appropriate guidance.

8. Do I need any special equipment to participate?

You will need a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a quiet space to practice. Optional props like blocks or straps can be used for modifications.
